Modha is the moniker of Berlin production duo Dhanya Langer and Max Scholl. In 2019 the duo released their debut EP „Getting By“ (Kommerz Records); a journey through the highs and lows of being artists in the heart of Berlin’s independent music scene. Following the success of the EP’s lead single ‘Life’, the duo went on to work separately, amassing production credits with JuJu Rogers, Sampa The Great, Mick Jenkins, Siimba Selassiie, K, Le Maestro and Douniah, before returning to Modha in 2020. Working through conversations about their personal lives, Modha endeavoured on their debut album, 2023’s Through The Cycle; a collaborative multi-genre project featuring L.A’s Phabo, alongside rising stars Noah Slee, Jermaine Peterson, Fayim and newcomer okcandice. For their Album Release concert Modha are going to collaborate with many special guests and a selection of well known musicians out of the Berlin independent music scene.
